FREE LEGAL HELP - A Justice on the Block Clinic

Jacksonville Bar Associations Young Lawyer Section Teams up with Legal Services of North Florida for Free Legal Disaster Clinic – Get a Legal Check-up!

Legal Services of North Florida, Inc. and Jacksonville Bar Associations Young Lawyers Section will be teaming up to provide a unique one-day, free legal clinic to qualifying individuals on Friday, April 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CST.

Attorneys will be available to answer a variety of civil legal questions, including those related to Hurricane Michael. Some concerns may include issues like FEMA claims and denials, insurance claims, landlord-tenant disputes, property title, probate, and more. Anyone interested in coming to the clinic is encouraged to bring any documents or paperwork that may help in answering any legal questions.

About Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section: The Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section (JBA/YLS) is composed of area young lawyers who are 35 years old or younger or who have been practicing less than five years. JBA/YLS provides a diverse array of programs and projects designed to benefit young lawyers, all members of the bar, and our community. JBA/YLS conducts many recurring and outstanding projects created by our Board; is responsible for staffing and conducting numerous projects created by The Jacksonville Bar Association and The Florida Bar; and, as an organization, also volunteers on behalf of numerous charitable groups.
